Well StudioLine does all that and a lot more.. and it's free! No spyware, adware or other junk in it either.
Platinum Internet Security: Panda Security is offering a free copy of Platinum Internet Security (sells at $79.95). It includes a personal firewall, antivirus, spyware and fraud guards and quite a bit more. I have no idea how long this will last, so if you're interested I'd grab a copy right away. It asks for number of employees, so it might be for businesses only, although they don't say.; Details: U.S.
Firefox: I've been using this as my default browser for months now. For stability, security, speed and features it can't be beat! It loads pages much faster than Internet Explorer and has great features and extensions like mouse gestures, tabbed browsing, a built in pop up blocker and a ton of other great stuff. Well worth a try... its free and in my opinion, a way nicer browser than what you may be using now.
